it's the webpage "we just sent out the webpage for our home to all of our friends... we got back two emails complaining that their agents hadn't taken as many photos and didn't have anywhere near as much helpful info on their homes when they sold. we love it!." your property's personal web-page is unlike any other used by agents in the business. most real estate web-pages are designed to market the agent and/or company first (i.e., framed pages with the agents picture and access to other listings and to market the agents' activities) and the properties second. we have always stuck to the creed that when marketing a property, the marketing ought to only focus on the listing, and not us. every piece of marketing we use will reference only your individual property's web-page, not our overall website. each Seattle Times ad, listing input in the MLS computer, Broker's Open flyer, On-site Flyer, etc., will have the specific URL address of your property's website, to assist every buyer and agent to directly access your property's personal site, to create excitement prior to, during and after viewings by the buyers. we were two of the first agents in Seattle to develop a personal internet marketing system with individual pages for our listings. as a result of our experience, we have personally developed what we consider to be the most effective real estate marketing website available today.
